If you would like to make recurring donations to the Cathedral of the Incarnation, you may do so by filling out the above downloadable Electronic Funds Transfer form.  The withdrawal will be made once a month for your parish offering.  The withdrawal will take place on the 10th of each month.  If the 10th falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, the withdrawal will be processed on the next business day.

The authorization for the EFT (above downloadable application) will remain in full effect until Cathedral of the Incarnation, c/o Lori Reddick, has received written notification from the responsible party. This notification allows 30 days for termination, which will enable us to have sufficient time to act on the cancellation or make any changes in your financial institution information.
